No.1 Station are the vanguards of a new generation of Blue Beat, playing a scorching blend of authentic Ska, Rocksteady and ... Reggae in the way  it was originally intended. They've been single-handedly responsible for the resurgence of the seminal Blue Beat record label and have released half a dozen internationally acclaimed singles on the imprint. The first band to do so in decades. The band had a hugely successful summer tour in 2008 playing a record breaking eight shows at Glastonbury plus Rhythms Of The World, Lamaar Tree, Secret Garden Party and Kilburn Festivals.
